As mentioned in the Notice, savings treasury bonds (electronic) will be included in the scope of individual pension products.<\/p><p><strong>Finance<\/strong><\/p><p>-Hang Seng Indexes Company announced the results of its quarterly review:<\/p><p>Innovent Biologics was added to the Hang Seng Index, increasing the number of constituent stocks to 89; Leapmotor was included in the Hang Seng Tech Index, while ASMPT was removed; China Hongqiao, Innovent Biologics and Yum China were added to the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, with ENN Energy, Haidilao and New Oriental-S being excluded.<\/p><p><strong>Data<\/strong><\/p><p>-Data released by the Ministry of Commerce shows that from January to October 2025, a total of 53,782 new foreign-invested enterprises were established nationwide, up 14.7% y\/y; the actually utilized foreign capital amounted to RMB 621.93bn, down 10.3% y\/y.<\/p><p>-According to data released by the National Energy Administration, in October, the total social electricity consumption reached 857.2bn KWH, up 10.4% y\/y.
